Progressive Computing Ltd is offering an IT support package which is like having your own IT technician. The standard package offers:
- Telephone support to an 0800 (not one of these expensive 0870 or 0845 numbers)
- Remote support so we access your PC from our site.
- Unlimited On-site support – we will be knocking on your door to fix the problem.
- Everything included – except bespoke systems and some accounting software.
All this starting at a fixed fee of £1.35 per PC, less than a Latte.
Large Business
When every minute makes a difference to your profit line it is essential that your IT systems remain working and performs to their optimal ability.
When was the last time you had your IT systems risk rated to potential IT failure. When it comes to big business it is essential that everything is done to maintain a steady environment to ensure maximum company profits.
When a large business starts a support contract we ensure that all aspects of your business are risk rated and the required recommendation is highlighted. As standard we would asses your LAN room for: security, air conditioning, flooding and fire, these are areas which many people forget about and for just one of these to fail would be catastrophic for your company.
Adhoc/Home User
For many small clients that cannot afford to have a managed IT service (and if their IT systems are down for a few days and they can still survive) then the adhoc service is for them.
This service is especially good for home users and sole traders, simply call 0800 043 1844, explain your problem and we will schedule a technician to visit your site to resolve the problem. We aim to be on your site either the same day or next day.
Data Recovery & Data Restore
Recover your data from your hard disk which has just crashed. Progressive Computing Ltd has the techniques in house to analyse your hard disk and to restore the data providing it is not physically damaged. We guarantee a fast turn around and a fixed fee. The Price is fixed below depending on the data needing to be restored:
